    These log messages indicate an incoming conntion (receive) activity - Not sending. Sending activity is indicated with the word "SEND" in the log messages.

    Do you recoginize the IP address 3.149.229.176? It looks like something just scanning your ports that didn't expect to find an SMTP server there.

    incoming connection, not an outgoing one.

    Do you recoginize the IP address 3.149.229.176? It looks like something just scanning your ports that didn't expect to find an SMTP server there.

    No clue who that might be. The scanning ports sounds more like it.
