    Title: Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
    Categories: Cookies
    Yield: 15 Cookies

    1 1/4 c Whole wheat flour
    1/2 ts Baking soda
    1/2 ts Salt
    1/2 c Margarine
    1/2 c Granulated sugar
    1/2 c Brown sugar
    1/2 ts Vanilla extract
    1 Egg
    1/2 Semi-sweet chocolate chips

    Here's a recipe my whole family loves! Don't let the whole wheat
    flour scare you away-that's the best part! If you want, you can
    replace the whole wheat flour with white flour.

    Preheat oven to 375?F. In a small bowl, sift together flour,
    baking soda, and salt; set aside. In a large bowl, beat margarine,
    sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Beat in egg.
    Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips. Roll
    batter into balls (about 1 tb each) and set 1-1/2" apart on an
    ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 15 minutes until edges are golden
    brown.
