    Title: Peppered Cheese Ball
    Categories: Appetizers, Cheese
    Servings: 1

    2 c Jack cheese
    8 oz Cream cheese
    1 ts Fines herbes
    1 ts Chives
    1 ts Worcestershire sauce
    1 ts Garlic
    3 ts Pepper

    Combine ingredients, except seasoned pepper. Shape into a ball.
    Slightly flatten one side. Roll in seasoned pepper. Wrap in plastic
    and chill for 6 to 12 hours, until firm. Serve slightly chilled or at
    room temperature, with assorted savory crackers, breads, or toasts to
    the side.
