STOP letting FACTS get in the way of ARGUMENTS!
Got to say that I'm well aware of Veteran's Day on November 11th, but
not familiar with "Veterans Month" being all of November. I don't
think there is any such thing (at least here in the USA).

November is recognized as "Veterans and Military Families Month" in the United States, honoring the sacrifices made by military families and veterans. Established in 1996 and is acknowledged every year with a presidential proclamation.
I did some looking, and here are a couple of corrections:
It's correct title is "Military Family Appreciation Month". It was established in 1993, and is indeed acknowledged by the President/government every year.
discuss focing values on others, I feel forced to respond kindly to
"Thank you
for your service," to maintain societal norms when the truthful response would
be "I didn't do it for you."
