    Hey Guys -
    Running my SBBS for about 5-6 years now. Continuing to have fun.
    But, I've been paying $$$ to run it on my LINODE.
    Now that I've got a server in my closet running PROXMOX, I'm thinking I'd like to bring it home. Keep me from spending more money than I have to.

    I've been looking around to see if there was a migration FAQ or guide. Not seeing anything.
    Any ideas? Suggestions?
    BTW - I'm running SBBS 3.17 for Linux on a Ubuntu base.

    you've been paying 300 usd to run it on linode?
    it's not that hard to migrate. you just copy over the configuration and text files pretty much.
    compile it for your OS

    I did it by selecting the home folder, zipping it to a file and then transferring the file to the new server. Worked for me.
