    Hi,

    I'm setting up a BBS, using Synchronet v3.19 Linux.
    Upload/download of files is very unstable (see picture)

    Suceed rate is probably around 20%, using SyncTerm and ZMODEM.
    Have also tried with different bauds.

    Any suggestions on how I can improve stability ?

    Using what version of SyncTERM? v1.2b has known upload issues, don't use it for uploading. Use the most recent release (v1.1) instead.

    Have also tried with different bauds.

    That would make no difference.

    Any suggestions on how I can improve stability ?

    If you're using SyncTERM v1.2b, don't.

    Wow, that resolved my issues! Downgraded to SyncTERM v1.1 and up/down is incredibly fast and reliable. Thank you so much for your help and all you do for the BBS world!
