Hello everyone, I know it's been a while, but I am working on bringing my board back to something close to what it was. I have moved everything win winblows over to Linux Mint. The board itself is working fine, but I need to know how to set up BBSLink to operate under linux now.

I also have a suggestion for the next release of Mystic:

How about adding a built in DUC (Dynamic Update Client) for those that don't have a static IP, that would automatically update sites like noip when your IP address changes instead of having to run an external updating program. Should be something fairly simple to add in.

Like I said, my board is back, and need help with the doors now. Still don't know if I'm going to bring SFNet back up or not, but someone else took it over after I went down, I would love to join it. Just not sure about running it again.

You shouldn't be using "bat" files on Linux. I would imagine there is probably some sort of Linux bash or python script you would need to run, instead.

Here is an example.

Create a menu option in your doors menu and use DD and call on /usr/bin/python3 /home/bbs/doors/bbslink.py lord %#

And do this for each game...

I got it, even though Mark had a small typo in the link he sent me. :) Almost all of the games are now working. Having trouble with MZK LORD and PimpWars. Have already reported the issues to Mark.
