decide how bad is SO bad that Force Of Law is required,
and then what degree and approach said laws should take.

Trump doesn't drink, HAS seen the booze damage people, but
he has shown zero inclination to re-instate The Prohibition.
Too much pot makes Jack a dull boy - but that doesn't mean
it's worth sending the jackbooters after him. A mark of a
good US leader is that they're willing to let people who
don't entirely agree with their perspectives carry on
their lives kinda like THEY want. "Land Of The Free"
needs to have a fairly broad meaning.
